How to request deletion

  1. Email hello@igniteseo.co.uk with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include the email address or phone number you used when first contacting us.
  3. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days.
  4. Your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

For Facebook lead submitters

If you submitted a lead form on one of our Facebook or Instagram advertisements and want your data removed, follow the same process above. We will remove your information from our internal sales operations system (Ignite SEO Campaign HQ) and any connected systems.

What gets deleted

  • Your contact details (name, email, phone, company)
  • Any notes or interaction history we have logged
  • Any associated marketing data

What we may need to retain

  • Records required by law (e.g. for tax purposes if we have invoiced you)
